Grown in the municipality of Huehuetenango in the western highlands of Guatemala near the border with Mexico. The Todosantarita cooperative is based on the hills of the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes which is the highest non-volcanic mountain range in Central America. Spanish is spoken here, but the dominant language is Mam, highlighting the Mayan ancestry of the area. They grow a mix of Pache, Caturra, Catuai, Bourbon and Typica which are processed and dried at the farm before being sent to Fedecocagua for grading and milling. This produces a typical example of a washed Guatemalan coffee, sweet and smooth with balanced fruit flavours. Expect flavours of orange and sweet peach with a hint of vanilla.
