Aged in English oak and distilled in Yorkshire, Libations was born out of a longing to create a quality liquid that sparked curiosity among drinkers.Our rum starts its journey in the Caribbean before being distilled and perfected in Yorkshire. Hardy Yorkshire heather, Madagascan vanilla, cinnamon, clove and orange peel is combined with low water content North Yorkshire honey to create what we feel is a rum of real intrigue.We make a concerted effort where possible to shop local which means working with as many Yorkshire businesses as possible and yes we’re still on the hunt for that elusive Yorkshire vanilla!
Spiced Rum aroma Subtle Madagascan Vanilla, cola cubes, fudge and zesty orange. Tastes of light honeyed oak, gentle clove and a lingering vanilla with orange zest.
Pina Edition aroma Ripe pineapple, subtle Madagascan Vanilla and caramel. Tastes of bold tropical pineapple with a honeyed sweetness, lingering citrus and gentle clove.
