Our own herbal blend containing Lavender, Passion Flower, Lemon Balm and Chamomile. A soothing caffeine free tea blend to help you sleep. Sold in a 50g bag.

Why is it in such a large bag ? Its due to some ingredients being heavy and falling to the bottom so we allowed plenty of room for a good shake up. 

Simply infuse a teaspoonful in boiling water for 4-5 mins strain and enjoy.
