St John's Wort is often used for alleviating anxiety, stress, seasonal affective disorder, insomnia and depression.
Also uncommon  side affects if not used correctly  can  include upset stomach, dry mouth, headache, fatigue, dizziness, confusion, sexual dysfunction, or sensitivity to sunlight.
