Stress Relief Blend Loose Tea

Our own herbal blend containing Ginseng, Passion Flower, Lavender, Motherwort,St John's Wort. A great calming blend but we must advise the St John's Wort can interfere with other medication so please check before consuming. Sold in a 50g bag.

Why is it in such a large bag ? Its due to some ingredients being heavy and falling to the bottom so we allowed plenty of room for a good shake up. 

Simply infuse a teaspoonful in boiling water for 4-5 mins strain and enjoy.
